Welcome to FollowIQ! By using the FollowIQ app (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use this App.

2. How FollowIQ Works
FollowIQ is a tool that analyzes Instagram data provided by you. You must export your data directly from Instagram and upload it into the App to view analytics. The App does not connect to Instagram directly or require your login credentials.

3. Purchases
The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited usage. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms provided by the App Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Instagram’s Terms of Service when exporting and uploading your data.

5. No Liability
FollowIQ is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide accurate analytics, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or data changes caused by Instagram’s export process.

6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your Instagram data. The App processes your data locally on your device and does not store or share any of your data.

7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
